NATO5 rules in LEM?

I'm going through the documentation in LEM to enable/create rules in LEM and the docs make reference to NATO5 rules (pg 37 and 38). I don't see these rules in Build>Rules>Folders as the docs say. Am I missing something or does the documentation need updating?
